The company is able to help reduce the monthly and total unsecured debts that customers have built up. Debt Options is very clear that they only deal with unsecured debts such as:

Debt Options offers its customers the ability to not only reduce their overall outstanding debt but also the monthly payments they have to pay to their creditors. Instead of getting an additional loan to pay off your current debt or taking out a second mortgage on your house, Debt Options negotiates a new payment plan with all of your unsecured creditors.

Debt Options is able to reduce your total debt by as much as 35%. They are also able to get late and overdue fees waived and prevent additional charges to be levied. Possibly the service that improves the quality of life of their customers the most is the ability to stop creditors from harassing you.

The company does not provide any details of their process or any unique features or services that they are able to offer that would make them stand out from the rest. All the information provided is very generic and does not build too much confidence in the company's capabilities. Debt Options provides some information about credit card debt and bankruptcy but again fails to mention how they would be able to help people facing these problems.

Debt Options states that they amount they charge is based on the total debt of the customer but does not specify a percentage or amount that would need to be paid for their services.

Debt Options features a form on their website which allows users to request a call back from the company. They also have toll free number that customers can call. Unlike a number of other debt consolidation companies there is no online chat option available.

The company does provide a debt to income calculator which helps visitors see how bad their level of debt is. By entering monthly expenditures such as mortgage, car payments and credit card bills along with monthly debt payments users can find out their income to debt ratio. Additional resources such as an article explaining debt consolidation and a FAQ section are provided. However like the rest of the content the FAQ section nor article database are very detailed or provide unique aspects of Debt Option's services.

There is no information provided about the company in terms of the number of customers they have serviced or the number of years they have been in operating. There are also no testimonials that can attest to the fact that the company is able to deliver on the promises that it makes.
